Who else has two different colored eyes besides me?
I have two different colored eyes and ive never seen any other person with them besides that one actress in blue crush. so i was wondering who else has two different colored eyes? (:
Usually one of my eyes is blue and the other brown. but sometimes they change to completely different colors.
one time is was yellow it was weird…..

my friend has a green eye and a brown eye. i dont have a pic but its awesome. alot more people than you think have 2 diff. eye colors. some people even have large spots of diffrent colors in their eyes. try searching google images, you may be suprised.

I have met people with two different eye colors. It’s very rare, but they are out there.
My dog also has two colors (and everyone loves her).

“Heterochromia (also known as a heterochromia iridis or heterochromia iridium) is an ocular condition in which one iris is a different color from the other iris (complete heterochromia), or where the part of one iris is a different color from the remainder (partial heterochromia or sectoral heterochromia). It is a result of the relative excess or lack of pigment within an iris or part of an iris, which may be inherited or acquired by disease or injury. This uncommon condition usually results due to uneven melanin content. A number of causes are responsible, including genetics such as chimerism and Waardenburg syndrome. A common cause in females with heterochromia is X-inactivation, which can result in a number of heterochromatic traits, such as calico cats. Trauma and certain medications, such as some prostaglandin analogues can also cause increased or decreased pigmentation in one eye. On occasion, the condition of having two different colored eyes is caused by blood staining the iris after sustaining injury.”

My left eye is slightly lighter than my right. But it’s only noticeable if I point it out to you.

I also have two different colored eyes. One eye is blue and the other is blue with an amber patch in it. the amber patch sometimes looks green, which is weird. My dad also has something similar, but not as noticeable.

I do! I actually have one blue and one that is all hazel with a tiny slice of blue…people always notice it and the phenomenon is mentioned in the new movie The Unborn…i

i have different colored eyes!!!!!(one is brown and one is blue) ya thats really wierd that one of yours was yellow one time…thats never happened to me….my eyes just get like darker or something if i get mad (or so im told)ya people always notice mine and think im wearing contacts

I also have one green eye and one brown eye. Sometimes they are both hazel green with a gold ring when out in the sun or if I have an alcohoholic drink. I have discovered our eye condition is called Tetragametic Chimerism or Chimera. Goolge these words to find out more about why we may have this it’s interesting. This is what I am finding:
Chimerism tends to occur very early in the embryonic development. It is often the result of two non-identical twin embryos merging together to form a single fetus instead of growing on their own. There is a spookie movie out about this now right now called…the Unborn! http://www.theunbornmovie.net/ I was googling the eye thing after seeing the commercial and having two colored eyes myself got curious.
